7号食ダイエット<6日目> ~Brown Rice Diet <Day 6>~

よしっ、後半いってみましょう!
朝 1杯
昼 0.5杯 (ご飯切れ)
おやつ 玄米もち1個(‼)+ ご飯0.5杯
夜 1杯
お通じ 朝イチ少々 水っぽい
午後、出ようとするけど出るものがない感じ
体重 47.8kg
そろそろ、小豆と雑穀米を混ぜた玄米の、独特の味に飽きてきた…
ちょうどお昼ごはんの時に、小豆と雑穀米を混ぜた玄米がなくなったので、今度は玄米のみを炊いてみました!あっさりしてうまい!
そしてそして!!
玄米もち~~~~!(*´▽`*)
美味しーーーーい‼‼‼ めちゃめちゃ美味しい~~~!
トースターで10分ほど焼いて、ちょっとこんがり。
何もつかなくても甘みがあるぅ~❤❤❤
これこれ!おやつはこうでなくっちゃ!
幸せ❤❤❤
これは毎日食べちゃうわ。
むしろ、こっちを主食にしたくらいだわ (*´з`)
それから、体重がまた減ってるー。
まぁよく考えたら食べる量がグッと減ってるところへ、ずっとお腹に溜まっていたモノが出てるワケだから、当然といえば当然。
でも、このダイエットの良いところは、美味しいモチモチ玄米で満腹感が得られること♪
あと、肩こり。
これはまだ昨日から良くはなってない。。。
まだまだ普段よりキツイです (´;ω;`)
それでは気を取り直して、7日目へ。
またおもち食べるもーん♪

Snack 1 Brown rice Sticky rice cake (!!)+ 0.5 bowl of rice

Felt like it, but didn't happen in the afternoon

I was getting sick of Brown rice with Millet rice, Azuki, again, so I cooked only Brown rice, as it run out at lunch time.
Yes, it is nice with no unique flavour (^^)/
Then!!
Brown rice Sticky rice cake ~~~~~! (*´▽`*)
Very nice !!!! Reeaaallyyy nice !!! I LOVE IT !
Cooked in a toaster oven for 10 mins. It turns out nicely browned and crunchy outside, soft and chewy inside.
It's naturally sweet and tasty with nothing added ❤❤❤
This is it !! Yes ! Snacks should be like this !
Soooo happy ❤❤❤
This is something I would eat everyday.
I would rather love to have this as main instead of Brown rice (*´з`)
I lost weight.
It's actually not a big surprise as the amount I eat is much less than usual, also the stuff that stayed in my belly for long time has been out regulary.
Although, good thing about this diet is you get fulfillment with delicious brown rice and even gorgeous sticky rice cakes ♪
Oh, my shoulder pain...
It hasn't improved at all... It's much more sore than usual (´;ω;`)
Never mind. It will go sometime.
Let's move on to Day 7.
I will have the rice cake againnn ♪
