体重はけっこう増えました。(+0.7kg)

野菜の具沢山、最っ高においしいですっ。
玄米以外のものをこんなに食べるのは久々なので、めっちゃめちゃお腹がいっぱいになる~。
玄米は少なめで大丈夫👌

Vegetables are awesome. They are really tasty!
I haven't eaten other stuff than brown rice for long time, Miso soup with vegetables makes me so full. I don't need to eat the same amount of brown rice with the soup 👌
